Bylaw Amendment subject to vote on 10/10/07
Jodi moved and Lori seconded the addition of the following language to the Bylaws (subject to vote by the General Membership). The motion passed:
If two of following: the ECCC Chair, Vice Chair and Chair Elect believe that an issue critical to the protection of the mission of the ECCC will be decided before the next regularly scheduled Board meeting they may authorize an emergency electronic vote. A report of the vote and the action taken will be made at the next Membership Meeting.
